Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Silver Slipper Casino. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local liquor, health, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Excellence: Provide exceptional internal and external guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage supervisors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Monitor staffing levels of all Food and Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
  • Financial Management: Assist the F&B Manager in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Food and Beverage department.
  • Personnel Management: Responsible for personnel-related matters, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and training.
  • Service Standards: Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each food and beverage outlet.
  • Representation: Represent the Food and Beverage department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal/external employee-related hearings as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable about food and beverage operations, including liquor laws and regulations.
