Our TeamOur Wentworth Health Partners Great Bay Mental Health team consists of a psychiatric nurse practitioner, licensed clinical social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists. We provide treatment, counseling, and support for various patient concerns.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative to join our team. This is an in-person position located at 15 Old Rollinsford Rd, Dover, NH. The ideal schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am-5pm and Tuesday, Thursday: 9:30am-6:00pm.
The Patient Access Representative will be responsible for managing in and outbound calls, scheduling, and registration functions for patients of Wentworth Douglass Health Systems (WDHS). They will be the first point of contact for patients entering WDHS and provide exceptional customer service with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and previous experience in a healthcare setting. They will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have strong computer skills, and a general understanding of the impact Patient Access has on Revenue Cycle.
