About the Role

Pendulum Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and increasing sales of our aggregate materials in the Central Texas area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential landscaping yards to introduce our aggregate materials and build strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, identify potential customers, and analyze competitors to provide competitive pricing.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively present our products to landscaping yards, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Sales Director.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking, hauling, or landscaping industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local market and landscaping industry is a plus.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Landscape Supply Experience: Lanscaping supply experience a plus.
Benefits

This is a commission-only position, offering 7% of the gross profit on all sales, including both new and existing accounts and orders. Total expected annual compensation in the first year is 100k+ (for full time).
