  • Analyze comprehensive financial and credit information to match clients with suitable loan programs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and underwriting criteria.
  • Receive guidance from supervisors while exercising judgment within established parameters.
  • Communicate loan information effectively to consultants and team members.
  • Enhance Wells Fargo Home Mortgage's visibility in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Private Mortgage Banking Sales or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Background in customer service.

Job Expectations:

This role requires SAFE registration upon employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the registration process immediately after the start date. Candidates must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification standards and comply with Wells Fargo policies.
