Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions with a professional attitude.
  • Determine customer needs, explain and sell products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Participate in branch prospecting efforts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist customers with requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, balance discrepancies, loan information, and more.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and operational areas to ensure seamless communication.
  • May provide backup support to the teller line as needed.
  • Ability to understand directions and adhere to established policy and procedures.
  • Able to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other related duties as assigned or directed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Internal product and services knowledge.
  • Accurate and proficient math skills.
  • Professional and friendly interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Clear thinking and ability to stay focused.
  • Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency, and humility.
  • Two (2) years of bank and/or customer service experience normally required.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
