Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service and a positive banking experience by handling financial transactions with a professional attitude.
- Determine customer needs, explain and sell products and services that meet their requirements.
- Participate in branch prospecting efforts to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist customers with requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, balance discrepancies, loan information, and more.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and operational areas to ensure seamless communication.
- May provide backup support to the teller line as needed.
- Ability to understand directions and adhere to established policy and procedures.
- Able to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Other related duties as assigned or directed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Internal product and services knowledge.
- Accurate and proficient math skills.
- Professional and friendly interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Clear thinking and ability to stay focused.
- Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
- Must be able to consistently demonstrate the Company's core values: a strong work ethic, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, transparency, and humility.
- Two (2) years of bank and/or customer service experience normally required.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
