About the Role

Infinite Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and managing responses to Sources Sought, Requests for Information, and Requests for Proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a rapid response system to quickly respond to SS, RFIs, and RFPs
  • Lead proposal writing, editing, and reviewing to ensure responses are compliant with government parameters and highlight our company's capabilities
  • Identify and develop content and serve as a technical writer/lead for response
  • Interview subject matter experts as needed
  • Research opportunities and agencies to strengthen proposal responses
  • Identify team members to contribute to proposal efforts
  • Manage task order responses to existing IMS BPA/IDIQ contract vehicles
  • Coordinate with IMS and/or business partner units on matters such as pricing, contracts, and additional items needed
  • Ensure pricing volumes, supplementals, and/or appendixes are complete and compliant
  • Submit completed RFI and proposal responses to the appropriate government officials
  • Archive final proposal documents and materials in the company database
  • Coordinate with and provide updates to business development team and leadership as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in capture management and proposal development
  • Outstanding time management skills and proven success meeting deadlines and performing in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of government and DOD contract processes
  • Experienced in supporting business development efforts and demonstrating strong motivation and ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Strong familiarity with Shipley processes
  • Trained and/or credentialed as CCPP, CPM, CGPM, or similar industry recognized accreditation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college/university in English, Communication, Journalism or related concentration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, 5 years relevant experience preferred
  • Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required
