Location: Remote

Infinite Management Solutions, LLC is a leading provider of business solutions and strategic planning services. We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Manager to join our team and support our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective proposal strategies to secure targeted opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and develop compelling proposals
  • Manage the proposal development process, including creating and managing compliance and response matrices, proposal schedules, and content plans
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals
  • Interface with sales and capture leads to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Conduct and execute proposal reviews to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage proposal graphics, pricing, and technical volumes to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare for and participate in oral presentations and other follow-on activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in proposal development and management
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of government and DOD contract processes, including RFI, RFP, SBIR, GSA, and FAR
  • Experience in supporting business development efforts and demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal writing and development, with 5 years of experience preferred
  • Shipley trained or certified in proposal processes
  • Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret level clearance, if required
