We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team at NeueHouse. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, guests, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Maintain the Front Desk, guest waiting area, Membership desk, and vestibule area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Manage guest and member flows, including check-in, notification of guest arrival, and event check-ins.
- Connect guests and members in a timely manner using internal logs and SMS.
- Clearly communicate member needs internally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Support the IT team in preparing for and responding to member technical needs.
- Answer the house phone and direct communication appropriately based on a per-case basis.
- Accept incoming mail and accurately connect messenger pick-ups.
- Be a positive and articulate ambassador of the NeueHouse project/brand, making introductions between members for both social and professional purposes.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Experience with MS Office a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, including answering phone, emails, and messages.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to practice critical thinking with tremendous attention to detail, to understand and anticipate member needs, and to remain calm while working to resolve issues.
- Ability to work cohesively with team members.
- Competitive hourly rate: $23.00.
