Job Description

SalesBizLab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including office management, scheduling, communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office supplies and vendor relations, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional office environment.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential and secure manner.
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties such as processing invoices and managing expense reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments for event planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is an advantage.
