Job Title: Data Processing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Processing Manager to join our team at My Florida Corp Defunct. As a key member of our Information Technology Services Division, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the development, implementation, and management of enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of IT professionals in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and management of enterprise software solutions.
  • Consult with customers to determine user needs and define system requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical information resource management plans.
  • Analyze and resolve problems with production information systems.
  • Conduct research and development in information technology to support the planning and enhancement of FDLE information systems.
  • Alert management to system-wide problem conditions that will significantly impact on the program's ability to carry out its mission.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
  • Work efficiently in a team environment.
Requirements:
  • Two years or more of experience in a supervisory role focused on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and management of enterprise software solutions.
  • Or six years or more of professional experience as a developer in computer programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Information Systems Development Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automated tools for problem reporting and tracking.
  • Knowledge of tools for development of electronic help software.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and other MS office software packages.
  • Knowledge of asp.net, MVC, Content Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint management.
  • Knowledge of website and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of best practices in software development, enterprise software support, information security, and project management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
