Job Overview

Crimson Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will work closely with students and their families to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the university admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized admissions strategies for students
  • Maintain expert knowledge of high school curricula, extracurricular activities, and standardized test planning
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of institutions of higher learning to guide students and parents towards attainable school goals
  • Conduct regular consulting sessions with students and maintain open communication with families
  • Collaborate with local Sales teams to facilitate potential client investment and understanding in Crimson's products and services

Requirements:

  • Graduated from a Top 30 US University, Ivy League strongly preferred
  • At least 3 years of 1:1 undergraduate admissions consulting experience with 40+ students applying to top universities with excellent results
  • Deep industry knowledge of admissions consulting and the US university landscape
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management a plus

  • The salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $95,000, depending on experience.
