Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of Chorus Innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the Behavioral Health space, including public and private healthcare and social service agencies, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Relationship Management
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including county and state leadership of public service departments, C-suite executives, and decision-makers.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Internal Collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to inform product improvements and innovations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the CRO, providing insights into sales performance and market opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry or SaaS sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong understanding of the healthcare industry and related regulations, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations, proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and results-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, high level of integrity and professionalism.
Compensation

The anticipated base salary for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 annually. The total compensation package includes commission and stock options, with final compensation varying based on experience and other factors.
