About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Crucial Learning. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Requirements
  • 7-9 years of sales experience in a complex business environment with a focus on selling intangible services to leading corporations.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other ERP applications.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships from scratch and sell at the business unit level in medium to large companies.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets in a new business capacity.
