Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver professional, efficient, and heartfelt hospitality to guests and team members.

  • Proactively identify guest needs and offer services before they are requested.

  • Support the Sales team in planning, organizing, and following up on client events.
  • Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through timely communication and a comprehensive understanding of their requirements for successful event execution.

  • Address guest concerns effectively and resolve issues to their satisfaction while keeping business objectives in mind.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the Property Management System (PMS), including room rates, types, amenities, and local attractions, utilizing this information to enhance the guest experience. Assist at the front desk as needed, especially during slower periods, ensuring accurate entry of rooming lists and aiding in the check-in process for large groups.

  • Demonstrate creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in problem-solving. Ensure all event details are confirmed and executed on the event day to guarantee guest satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about current event trends and share insights with the sales team to elevate client events. Manage social media interactions and respond to guest inquiries as necessary.

  • Assist other departments as required and as directed by management.

  • Learn the systems and reporting tools utilized by the sales department.

  • Be aware of Brand Service Scores and collaborate with management to maintain scores above average.

  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and complete all required training.

Qualifications for Success:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest services, preferably within the hospitality sector.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

  • Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
