Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, employee relations, HR administration, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and participating in candidate interviews. Support new employee onboarding and orientation.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide support for employee relations matters, including documentation, communication, and follow-up. Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
  3. HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR records, including personnel files and databases. Help with the organization and filing of HR-related documents.
  4. Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure compliance with HR regulations.
  5. Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Assist employees with benefit-related questions and provide information about available benefits.
  6. Training and Development: Participate in the coordination of training and development initiatives for employees. Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee training records.
  7. Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and recognition programs.
  8. HR Projects: Assist the HR team in special projects and initiatives, which may include HR research, process improvement, or HR analytics.
  9. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation of Winter 2025 or Summer 2026.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Salary Range

$20.00 to $28.00 per hour
