**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our reconditioning team as an Automotive Reconditioning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for sale by cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior, as well as addressing any minor cosmetic issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Vehicle Preparation**: Clean and detail vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are presented in excellent condition for sale.
- **Cosmetic Repair**: Address minor cosmetic issues, such as scratches and dents, to restore vehicles to their original condition.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure vehicles meet our high standards.
**Requirements**
- **Education and Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a related field a plus.
- **Skills and Abilities**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- **Certifications and Licenses**: Valid driver's license required.
