Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting various security systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and troubleshoot fire alarm, CCTV, and card access systems
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Backup other technicians as needed to provide same-day service for overflow service calls
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Effectively communicate with customers and provide high-quality service

Work Environment:

This position involves driving a company vehicle to various sites to provide service to our customers in the VA area. You will work independently or as part of a two-person team with a full-time technician, interacting directly with customers on a daily basis. A smartphone is required to receive job assignments through our mobile app.
