Responsibilities

  • Manage overall productivity and profitability for 10+ dental office locations
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals
  • Support patient growth and retention through sales, marketing, and promotional programs
  • Achieve revenue goals by managing office teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections and receivables
  • Ensure successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle patient service issues to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
  • Build team morale to support company culture
  • Create staff schedules
  • Present treatment plans and assist patients with financial obstacles
  • Complete daily and monthly reporting
  • Attend meetings and communicate with other departments as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
  • The desire and ability to connect with and serve patients
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Four years of experience leading and managing multiple dental offices
  • Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology
  • Strong familiarity and expertise presenting patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Eaglesoft experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
