Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounts Director to join our team at CorVel Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, driving business growth, and developing strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and coordinate customer onboarding and setup
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings to discuss service expectations and standards
  • Develop and maintain account service instructions and communicate to service staff
  • Manage contract renewals and price increases, working closely with the Account Executive and management team
  • Resolve service issues through appropriate channels and escalate to management as needed
  • Oversee collections and ensure timely payment from clients
  • Present information to clients in a clear and persuasive manner for contract renewals, service issue discussions, or additional product sales
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure all service expectations are met
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new Account Managers
Requirements
  • Functional expertise in workers' compensation, auto, general liability, and disability management
  • Demonstrated expertise in managed care services such as Network Utilization, Case Management, Bill Review, and Pharmacy Benefit Management
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced understanding of Excel
  • Leadership presence and ability to develop strategic relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of managed care, risk, or TPA experience
