  • Maintain accurate records of client medications, including prescriptions, updates, and medication counts.
  • Inventory medication counts in a timely fashion to identify medications that need to be ordered.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ordering of medications, collaborating with pharmacies, providers, and residential staff as needed.
  • Supervise the administration of medications in accordance with physician's orders, agency policy, and NYS Office of Mental Health regulations.
  • Monitor and document resident self-medication, ensuring confidentiality and respect for residents' autonomy.
  • Provide support and supervision to Medication Coordinator 1s, adhering to DePaul leadership standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming medication room environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in supervising and administering medications in a health-related residential setting.
  • Employee supervision experience a plus.
  • Clean NYS driving record required.
