Job Overview

Peak Performers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Operations Assistant to support nursing leadership and ensure efficient administrative operations at the Rochester Psychiatric Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursing leadership in managing inpatient and community nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including phone calls, appointment scheduling, daily calendar management, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files.
  • Assist with confidential document copying, filing, and data entry, maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Monitor staff probation reports and evaluations, providing valuable support to the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Manage key requests, computer access requests, and purchase order requests, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Provide mail, filing, phone triage, and backup support to other administrative clerical staff, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.
Benefits
