Compensation:
The hourly wage for this role starts at $30.00+, commensurate with experience. We provide travel benefits, including accommodation expenses, a company vehicle, and a daily per diem of $59.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct and Repair Essential Stormwater Infrastructure: Engage in critical underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins, ensuring community safety and resilience.
  • Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a variety of tools, from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery such as skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, demonstrating your technical skills.
  • Travel and Explore: Take advantage of travel opportunities during the week, visiting new locations while making a meaningful impact on various projects.
  • Innovate and Learn: Master cutting-edge construction techniques and regulatory compliance strategies, establishing yourself as a leader in the field.
  • Contribute to Project Success: Document field observations to support project success and promote continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Prioritize Safety: Maintain the highest safety standards on every project, protecting yourself and your team.

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in pouring and finishing concrete, as well as heavy equipment operation (excavation, mini excavator, and/or skid steer on stormwater projects).
  • Experience with wet utilities, including pipe laying and repairs for stormwater, water, sewer, and wastewater.
  • Willingness to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required approximately 85% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and experience using pickups and equipment trailers while adhering to DOT regulations.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
