  • Emphasize enhancing financial outcomes through comprehensive data evaluation and collaboration with key leaders such as Vice Presidents, Directors, and Accountants.
  • Supervise expenditures, execute internal reporting, and pinpoint cost-reduction strategies based on thorough financial assessments.
  • Guarantee precise and prompt consolidated financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Direct daily and monthly reporting, year-end closing activities, and financial evaluations.
  • Uphold data integrity, adhere to financial timelines, and guide divisions through successful Month/Quarter/Year-End closures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Construct databases and generate financial reports utilizing queries and calculations.
  • Oversee financial inventory management and supervise client billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable operations.

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory. MBA/CMA/CPA qualifications are advantageous.
  • Over 7 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in accounting principles and financial modeling with Excel.
  • Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is beneficial.
  • A strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit are essential to foster innovative initiatives.
