Position Overview
The Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, is tasked with overseeing all sales activities related to Rotork Fairchild products. This role is pivotal in cultivating and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, including End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities for Chemical, Process, and Industrial (CPI) opportunities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with End Users, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Channel Partners.
- Effectively oversee local channel partners, including Manufacturer's Representatives and Distributors, to optimize their performance.
- Monitor and pursue project sales alongside service and aftermarket sales for existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries while collaborating with the Factory Service Group.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and maintain accurate records of sales activities through Rotork Customer Engagement (CRM).
- Stay informed about competitive dynamics and market positioning.
- Collaborate with the Manager and other Area Sales Managers to create a sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver regular business forecasts for all products and services.
- Generate monthly sales reports in conjunction with the regional sales manager to facilitate accurate business projections.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing sales techniques for capital projects and engaging with both resellers and end-users.
- Proficient in cold calling and establishing connections with end-user customers.
- Possess an Engineering or similar technical degree.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality products to both internal and external clients.
- Exhibit strong diplomatic skills and tact in interactions with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling engineered industrial automation products or process equipment.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and self-reliance.
- Knowledge of the Chemical Industry, Mining, and Automated Industrial Processes.
