The Regional Sales Consultant will be tasked with managing and promoting Spectrum Brands Home & Garden products across major retail accounts. This role involves direct reporting to the Area Sales Manager and focuses on enhancing product visibility and sales performance within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales by ensuring optimal product presentation and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Conduct store visits efficiently, executing planograms and identifying opportunities for margin growth.
- Foster relationships with store management to enhance product placement and visibility.
- Manage inventory levels and place replenishment orders to maximize sales potential.
- Provide training and support to retail staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications
