Gensler is in search of a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly collaborative individual to fill the role of Marketing Coordinator.
Role Responsibilities
Marketing Coordinators are responsible for producing and assisting in the creation of materials that enhance Gensler's business development initiatives. They operate under the guidance of senior personnel and marketing leaders to draft, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and various marketing materials that support the firm's efforts to secure projects.
Key Duties Include:
- Collaborating with marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals and presentations in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Engaging in strategic planning and pursuit strategies.
- Creating new materials as necessary to bolster business development activities.
- Managing multiple marketing projects with tight deadlines.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Gensler's portfolio, practice areas, and overall capabilities.
- Maintaining resources and information systems, including resumes and case studies.
- Assisting in data management and organization of imagery.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with direct experience in marketing communications.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally within an architecture or engineering firm.
- Proficient in InDesign, with strong skills in text styles and master pages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent writing abilities and attention to detail in typography.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of managing time effectively, working both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Experience in information design and layout is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000, plus bonuses and benefits, based on relevant experience.
