Overview:

The Vice President of Financial Execution within the Project Management Office will collaborate closely with the Finance First Line Adoption Execution PMO Lead. This role is integral to a multidisciplinary team that ensures the successful execution of Finance Consent Order commitments across various domains, including Risk & Control, Human Resources, Data Management, and Compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and assist in the remediation of risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and status of Risk & Control initiatives, providing additional support in the Data EUC area as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate status updates in the official record-keeping systems.
  • Adhere to established guidance and standards relevant to program oversight.
  • Assist Accountable Executives and Responsible Owners in creating documentation that evidences the completion of program objectives, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Facilitate working group meetings in collaboration with Execution Owners and Leads.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of meeting minutes and follow-up actions as required.
  • Perform additional duties and ad hoc requests as assigned to support the delivery of Finance First Line Consent Order objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proficient knowledge and expertise in Project Management and management reporting.
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills to effectively guide and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Self-driven with a knack for problem-solving in the absence of detailed instructions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
