Job Title: Vice President, Sales

Job Summary:

The Vice President, Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales, profitability, customer service, and financial transactions between customers and Refresco. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute Refresco Beverage Category Plans, manage relationships with retail and trade customers, and lead a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Refresco Beverage Category Plans to drive sales and profitability
  • Manage relationships with retail and trade customers to ensure excellent customer service and financial transactions
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
  • Work closely with the Demand Planning team and Product life Cycle team to forecast inventory levels and aftermarket sales
  • Constantly review market conditions and communicate competitor information, price concerns, new regulations, and/or issues related to possible service interruptions or other market changes
  • Help ensure all functional areas adhere to proper customer compliance programs
  • Develop budgets/plans that add value and accomplish business objectives
  • Ensure areas and/or projects managed directly are operating within scope of budget and time guidelines

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' successful sales experience at the Director Level
  • Solid understanding of the Canadian & Mexico retail environment
  • Solid understanding of marketing/category management principles and comprehensive financial awareness

Working Conditions:

  • Onsite – this position is located onsite at our Tampa, FL corporate office
  • Physical Demands – continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature
  • Visual/Sensory – this position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time
