Account Representative

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction companies, pitching Forge + Build products and services, and maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and sell Forge + Build products and services
- Maintain monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings
- Consistently go out of your way to assist potential and current customers
- Pitch to large groups and ask for the close of the sale
- Comfortable with cold calling new prospects
- Collaborate with the General Manager on territory sales initiatives
- Responsible for multi-unit locations
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of outside sales experience
- Ability to physically visit locations within assigned territory
- Previous sales experience in the construction industry preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to overcome sales objections
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs
