As a National Account Director at SEEN Media Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our esteemed national agency advertising partners. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to forge strategic partnerships, craft innovative media plans, and close deals that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships by leveraging unique asset offerings and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of advertisements and meet client expectations.
  • Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Identify business leads and trending products to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to achieve win-win results.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow the current client base to drive long-term business success.
  • Review space availability for clients as requested and follow up with detailed proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Out-Of-Home (OOH), Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and driving business growth.
  • Strong communicator with superior written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and translate client needs into viable media plans.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess unfamiliar situations and offer creative solutions quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
