Job Summary:

The National Sales Director at Cash Depot is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales revenue growth across all customer segments. This role oversees and optimizes sales revenue-generating activities, directs and leads Regional Sales Managers, and ensures effective implementation of company sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan and develop future plans
  • Manage the sales team to drive business growth, collaborate with marketing to improve strategy and customer experience
  • Lead and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales target expectations
  • Monitor revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting for sustainable growth
  • Stay connected with customers to inform product development and enhancement cycles
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models
  • Identify and resolve issues across marketing, sales, and account management teams
  • Participate in contract negotiations with new and existing clients

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Five or more years in sales leadership roles, driving revenue growth
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing Sales Reps in Convenience Store and/or Food Retail industries
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
  • Strong technical experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and/or other CRM systems

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position in a professional office environment. The role requires occasional overtime and standard office equipment usage.
