National Accounts Manager

The National Accounts Manager will work closely with the Director of Strategic Distribution to develop business development initiatives, resulting in the creation of lasting customer relationships. The 24-month goal is to establish the Hyundai CE National Accounts group as subject matter experts within the CE industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to secure current and future business opportunities.
  • Work closely with customers and potential customers to understand their workflows, organizational structures, and business requirements.
  • Research and identify new customers and markets for Hyundai CE products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between Hyundai and customers to ensure all end-user needs are met and customers are satisfied with Hyundai's CE products and services.
  • Facilitate relationships between customers and the supporting dealer network.
  • Become a product subject matter expert on Hyundai CE, monitoring market trends to offer the best single point of contact to fleet owners within the industries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights into customers' needs and challenges, enhancing product offerings, features, and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years managing sales and customer service accounts.
  • Organized, efficient, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Problem-solving and effective time management skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment is preferred but will provide training for the right candidate.
  • Ability to travel to assigned territory.
  • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills.

Location:

The office will be based in our headquarters in Norcross, GA.

Territory travel: typically, 25% up to 50%.
