Position Title: Clinical Operations Supervisor

This role is integral to the leadership team within the department, managing clinical activities on a shift-by-shift basis. Key responsibilities include coordinating and delegating patient care, optimizing unit patient flow, overseeing staffing for subsequent shifts, and acting as a clinical and leadership resource for the nursing team. The position also entails contributing to staff evaluations and performance assessments, along with fulfilling required competencies during the designated introductory period. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing School. Preferred: Academic qualifications in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
Experience
  • Required: At least 1 year of RN experience.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Required: Valid license, certification, or registration to practice as mandated by state regulations. CPR certification is also necessary.

Saint Luke's Hospital complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding employee vaccination mandates.
