Car Sales Consultant

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our expanding dealership, which values family, promotes internal growth, and is dedicated to environmental sustainability. We pride ourselves on our vibrant company culture and active community involvement.
Position Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to sell vehicles by effectively showcasing their features, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. This includes:
- Greeting customers on the sales floor and identifying their vehicle preferences.
- Demonstrating vehicle features and operations, both in the showroom and on the road.
- Recommending additional options and accessories for purchase.
- Researching model availability and optional equipment.
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to calculate and quote sales prices, including taxes and financing options.
- Preparing necessary paperwork and delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand the vehicle's features and warranty.
- Maintaining a prospect development system and staying informed about new products and industry trends.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present information effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle various situations
Physical Requirements:
This position may require:
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds
- Regular standing, walking, and sitting
