New Client Specialist Job Summary: Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq is seeking a highly motivated and organized New Client Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client acquisition process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to potential clients and retaining leads for new and prospective clients.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our Referral Department to evaluate client eligibility and make referrals to other practice areas. You will also secure relevant information and documentation, organize and scan documents, and research police reports in Legal Plex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to potential clients.
  • Evaluate client eligibility and make referrals to other practice areas.
  • Secure relevant information and documentation.

  • Research police reports in Legal Plex.
  • Maintain legal files and other relevant information in digital databases.
  • Dispute denial claims.
  • Makes transportation arrangements for clients and manages car service accounts.
  • Interact with attorneys and paralegals to discuss the client retainer and intake timely.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Data Management preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Personal Injury legal firm or Medical Industry, Medical Assistant.
