Acara Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation and configuration of network devices and printers for our clients.
About the Role:
The Technical Support Coordinator will work closely with our clients' IT departments to ensure a seamless integration process. This involves troubleshooting issues, verifying equipment orders, and confirming customer contact information. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing training, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the installation and configuration of network devices and printers
- Work with clients' IT departments to troubleshoot issues and verify equipment orders

- Provide training to clients on the use of new equipment

Requirements:
