**Job Description:** Bilingual Healthcare Coordinator

About the Job:

In this role, you will work closely with students, parents, and educators to provide comprehensive health services and support. As a Bilingual Healthcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health programs, conducting screenings, and providing counseling and support to students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health programs that promote student well-being and academic success
  • Conduct routine screenings and health assessments to identify potential health issues
  • Provide counseling and support to students and their families on health-related topics
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Communicate with parents and guardians about student health concerns and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Current RN license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse
  • Preferred: NJ School Nurse Certificate or Non-Instructional School Nursing Certificate with enrollment in a program to obtain the Instructional Certificate
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish/Portuguese/French Creole

Estimated Salary Range:$45,050 - $96,141 per year
