Job Overview

The Kintock Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Therapist Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our counseling services, you will play a crucial role in providing psycho-educational classes and individual counseling services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide alcohol and substance abuse counseling in individual and group formats, promoting a supportive environment for clients to share their experiences and gain valuable insights.
  • Facilitate required Cognitive Behavioral Workshops and classes, equipping clients with essential skills to manage their lives effectively.
  • Conduct pre and post program assessments, monitoring client progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collect and manage all pre and post assessment data, ensuring accurate records and informed decision-making.
  • Conduct crisis intervention counseling sessions, offering guidance and support to clients during challenging times.
  • Develop comprehensive plans of care that meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a sense of empowerment and control.
  • Provide clients with information on community services and agency resources, making referrals as necessary to ensure seamless support.
  • Educate clients on program participation, including rights and responsibilities, appeal rights, and other essential information.
  • Utilize case management skills to link clients and their families to resources and services, promoting overall well-being.
  • Schedule and participate in Case Conferences with clients/caregivers, service care planning, and negotiate agreements to ensure client-centered care.
  • Provide discharge planning to dis-enrolled clients, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.
  • Maintain client physical files with required forms as per policy, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
