- Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
- Document each customer contact in our system.
- Verify customer information and update records as necessary.
- Develop ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Process premium payments from customers.
- Secure all trailing documents from customers.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
