Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at EFP Staffing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and route all incoming and outgoing quotes in accordance with customer deadlines.
- Process customer purchase orders per Risk Analysis (per AS9100) and enter orders to ERP system.
- Maintain open, closed, and archived customer orders and quotes.
- Maintain ERP customer database.
- Routinely process purchase order follow-ups, weekly status reports, work order changes, delivery expedites and trouble-shoot problematic purchase orders.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Process and route all mail and incoming faxes.
- Assist accounting department with collections and miscellaneous accounting issues.
- Cover reception area on an as-needed basis.
- Occasionally relieve officials of clerical work and minor administrative details.
- Participate in team meetings/projects.
- Participate in 6S activities & Continuous Improvements activities.
- Participate in internal auditing system as required by quality management system.
Requirements:
- $18-23 depending on experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 Quality System a plus
- Experience of working with Aerospace OEMs
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Punctuality

- Team player
- Ability to work unsupervised and in a group
- Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
- Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
- Ability to work 40+ hours of work as needed.
- Full-time work: 8 hours/shift, M-F
- Overtime (OT) expected depending on production needs.
- Positive attitude, good oral and written communication skills, and team player is a must.
- Regular attendance is critical.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
