Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation department and ensure seamless product installation activities in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Rite-Hite products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate installation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion while maximizing margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Source and manage subcontractors, as well as directly manage in-house installation teams and specialists.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve installation efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to installation teams and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, or three or more years of relevant experience and/or training.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Rite-Hite products and installation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, including probability and statistical inference.
