Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in a full-service resort, hotel, or cruise ship.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, take direction, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and complete a criminal background check.
  • Training and teaching experience is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work a 6-8 week onboard rotation followed by 1-2 weeks off.
