- Produce innovative dishes that meet established menu choices and adhere to guest dietary requests.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic food preparation environment, adhering to industry standards.
- Work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality meals in a timely manner.
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience in a full-service resort, hotel, or cruise ship.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to multitask, take direction, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and complete a criminal background check.
- Training and teaching experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work a 6-8 week onboard rotation followed by 1-2 weeks off.
