Key Responsibilities:- Manage kitchen staff and ensure schedules are posted in a timely manner
- Track kitchen inventory and prepare orders for restaurant and bar menus

- Culinary school graduate or related training
- Previous experience in hospitality or club operations
- Ability to accurately communicate with guests and staff
- Experience with creating schedules, labor costing, and payroll administration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Constant standing and walking throughout shift. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water. The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
The pay scale for Sous Chef is $72,000-$74,000.00.
The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
