About Lorita Hellman - State Farm Agent
We are a leading insurance and financial services agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business and developing your career as a professional in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and deepen relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve individual and team production targets
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is preferred, but not required
- Experience managing client/customer relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Competitive, results-oriented mindset with an emphasis on creating your own success
- Desire for personal and professional growth and advancement, with a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a member of a team toward common goals
- Ability to pass required property/casualty and life/health licensing exams
