Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Elemet Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely information in the CRM system.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to coordinate sales efforts, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Skills and Competencies
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • CRM: Proficiency in CRM software – preferably Salesforce.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Sales: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Lift document storage boxes up to 25 lbs. occasionally
  • Standing: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
  • Hand-Eye Coordination: Excellent hand/eye coordination
  • Power Tools: Demonstrated ability to effectively use power tools
  • Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Consistently wear personal protective equipment
  • Sitting: Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Communication: Regular use of telephone and email for communication
  • Walking: Ability to walk short distances
