- CRM Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software – preferably Salesforce.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Sales Performance: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lifting and Standing: Lift document storage boxes up to 25 lbs. occasionally, ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
- Manual Dexterity and Stamina: Excellent hand/eye coordination, demonstrated ability to effectively use power tools, good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Personal Protective Equipment: Consistently wear personal protective equipment.
- Sitting and Communication: Sitting for extended periods of time, regular use of telephone and email for communication.
- Walking and Mobility: Ability to walk short distances.
