Key Responsibilities
  • Foster meaningful relationships to establish a loyal clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in vehicle selection by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their feedback.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted resource for vehicle information, including features, options, and the latest innovations.

The Sales Consultant role offers a competitive compensation structure. The base hourly wage is $16.00/hr, with additional commission potential based on sales performance, allowing for unlimited earning potential. Performance bonuses may also be available based on individual or team achievements.
