We are currently in search of an Executive Assistant.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will deliver essential administrative assistance, including:
- Arranging appointments, providing information to callers, and taking dictation
- Drafting memos, transcribing notes, and researching to create presentations
- Producing reports, managing multiple projects, and preparing as well as monitoring invoices and expense reports
- Potentially aiding in the compilation and development of the annual budget
- Additional duties will encompass filing, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, managing incoming calls and correspondence, assisting in hosting client visits, and other general administrative tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree, or a High School Diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative capacity
- At least 1 year of experience in providing administrative support.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential
