About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ATC. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our leaders to define and achieve business objectives, and develop and implement HR strategies to support those objectives.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to our leaders and teams, including talent management, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to drive business results, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities, and develop and implement solutions to address those issues.
  • Provide coaching and development support to our leaders and teams to help them build their skills and capabilities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze business data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our leaders and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex HR-related issues.
