Job Title: Regional Security Operations Center Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) Supervisor is a critical role that requires a strong leader with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As a key member of the Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a cross-functional team to provide intelligence-driven support products that assess risks and mitigate vulnerabilities to our clients' assets, operations, strategy, and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of RSOC Operators to ensure vigilant and comprehensive video monitoring, incident detection, and incident management.
  • Develop and produce intelligence-driven support products that assess risk, analyze data, and mitigate vulnerabilities to our clients' assets, operations, strategy, and brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze intelligence, identify potential threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to RSOC Operators on security-related technology systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring software.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage shift work employees, including scheduling, adjusting resources, and monitoring pay.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve security operations and reduce risks.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in supervisory positions within law enforcement, military, interagency, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a passion for analysis, problem-solving, and advising or informing decision-makers.
  • College degree or equivalent in International Relations, Police Science, Business Management, Intelligence Studies, or related field.
  • Effective writer, verbal communicator, and proficient with English composition.
  • Ability to communicate, verbally or in writing, in a clear and concise manner while in stressful situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trained in or familiar with Lenel or Genetec, Physical Security Information Management Systems (PSIMS), and Mass Notification systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with corporate intelligence, military intelligence, or government intelligence agencies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Web-based social media platforms, search tools, productivity applications, and communication technology.
